Odett is a German physiotherapist who graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Physiotherapy from Hochschule 21 in cooperation with the University Medical Centre Hamburg-Eppendorf (Germany). She first came to New Zealand in 2016 and absolutely fell in love with the Queenstown area.
Odett is passionate about connecting with people, supporting them during their recovery and enabling them to return to their favourite activities. She has gained experience as a therapist working with chronic back pain patients in a renowned interdisciplinary rehabilitation centre in Germany and while working in smaller private clinics, mainly focusing on musculoskeletal physiotherapy and orthopaedic rehabilitation.
While waiting for her registration as a Physiotherapist in New Zealand to be granted, Odett worked as a massage therapist and improved her skills in a variety of hands-on treatments such as clinical sports massage, trigger point release and remedial massage.
When not at work, Odett can be found on the badminton court or out in the mountains on hiking adventures and (very recently) trail running.
