The Studio Queenstown are looking for a physiotherapist and pilates instructor to join their quest to keep New Zealand moving and well, one client at a time.
The person we’re looking for will need to be a registered physiotherapist, with at least five years’ experience and an evidence-based approach to healthcare.
We’re looking for someone with great clinical reasoning Excellent people skills – a balance of caring and expertise. Basically, the pysio we’d all like to send our mum to.
The role is approximately 30-40 hours per week and involves a mixed case load of physiotherapy clients and small-group, equipment based pilates classes. We pride ourselves on making the job fit the person, so if you have a passion for yoga or cross fit, talk to us and we can figure out a way of incorporating it into the job.
The Studio is a team of six physios working in two locations; Frankton and Queenstown central. We’re increasingly involved in hand therapy and concussion rehabilitation, so an interest in learning more about either or both of those would be a plus.
We’re a little idealistic. We want to change the way Aotearoa looks at healthcare, to make people see as much value in their health as they do in their smart-phones (perhaps even a little more). It might take a little while, but we like to think we’re making progress – and we’d love your help.
