Sometimes it’s hard to know whether an exercise programme is going to work with your schedule – between work, friends, family and Netflix it can be hard to make it all fit!
But fear not, we have a solution, from the 14th of March we’re running a series of Reform Your Ways “teaser classes”, to let you try them out before committing to a full semester.
When: Monday at 6 p.m. and Friday at 7:45 a.m. Starting from Monday 14th to Friday 25th of March
Where: The Studio
Who: anyone who wants to challenge themselves a little more
How Much: $15 per class and you can introduce a friend for free*.
