The Studio in conjunction with NZPGA Professional, Matt Judd, are proud to present Good4Golf, a workshop designed to make 2016 your best season ever. In one information packed evening we’ll give you a physical toolbox including warm-ups mobility and strengthening exercises, injury management tips and strategies to put it all in practice on the course.
This year’s Good 4 Golf theme is: “Playing over obstacles”, so we’ll be looking at some of the obstacles that might be in your path: injuries, mobility issues, flexibility limits and how to minimise their effect on your score.
